It's wild to me that people think that every Swift easter egg was a brilliant decision she did on purpose. Clearly none of them watched Lost. Fans of art are way more inventive than most popular artists.

I really do wonder what my neighbors think as I sit in my apartment repeating the same Greek words and sentences over and over as I try to pronounce them correctly. And yes, I'm 100% sure they can hear me.

Very confused by the people saying the new La Dispute album doesn't sound like them. They literally have musical references to every past album in it, and it sounds like they threw the essence of each together in a blender (in a positive way).

There are so many letters that make the "e" sound in Greek. BUT ε isn't one of the. It makes sense, but it trips up my brain.

It's wild to me people are still repeating that em dash is a sign of chatgpt. It pulls its content from stuff it's analyzed online to a large degree. It's using em dashes bc copywriters -- and professional writers at-large -- use them. Source: 10 years as a professional writer.

As someone who has worked in coffee for many years now and can pretty clearly see the direction of the industry, it's honestly shocking how off base their current CEO is compared to what people actually want.
