Love that Elizabeth Warren says “we use our words” in a democracy. Obviously a former educator.

This is a horrifying moment in our nation’s history.

How about we challenge those who become preoccupied with so-called “violent protests” with a reminder about the greater threat posed by government entities committing violence against the people.

Dismantling the Dept. of Education is ableist, classist, racist, and greedy, greedy, greedy. Oh, and lack of care for children is just immoral.

It’s strange to enjoy yeast rolls and honey butter in a Texas Roadhouse while the television flashes images of our descent into authoritarianism.

I can only imagine the utter confusion young students in America must feel right now when we continue to read coming-of-age stories celebrating the unique protagonist who stands up to the more popular but obviously misguided bully, or when we teach character lessons about respect and humility.

Every time a Republican elected official focuses their comments on all the “waste” Elon Musk has found, interviewers should be pushing back with the fact that he does it illegally. Everything else is beside the point. Stop allowing time for Republicans to brand their party as the one saving money.

What was the point of censoring and whitewashing our history if the horrific “leaders” of our time were going to perform a live reenactment? You know, right in front of the children.
