Hey Mel, I discovered USB powered fans last time we had a day time outage. They can run off power banks!!!! I got this very light one from Bunnings for $30, it has a misting function too. Very light to lift with my sore hands.

One of my new support workers is Romainian, and she's just made me a slow cooker full of stuffed cabbage rolls! I'm very excited. 😋

This beautiful girl, Roxy, visited me today. She was cautiously comfortable with my wheelchair and lovely to pat and fuss over.
She ate cobwebs and drank a bit of beer from my garden snail traps, so will be more closely supervised on future visits. 😁😂
