I feel you today. Sleep was equally evasive.
What’s wild is the night I did sleep well I did everything “wrong”, coffee later in the day, heavy meal, scrolling right before bed. Maybe I need to repeat that? 😅

if you have no interest in kink, that's fine. there are so many kinks that i find objectionable actually. but you cannot police how other people fuck to make yourself feel safer. may i suggest therapy instead?
