It boggles me personally why recommendations within geographically contiguous (or at least proximal) countries or islands can vary widely.
Recommendations seem to vary by country, irrespective of their geography.
I can see a potential area for research, given the burden of influenza in the region.

KKM (Ministry of Health Malaysia) uses both Northern and Southern hemisphere formulations because infections peak on May-July and November-January.
I'm interested to know if there are different peaks between Malaya and Sabah/Sarawak.

Whenever a sensational headline purports that ChatGPT can "pass the USMLE" or any similar didactic exam, I remain sceptical due to how language models currently work.
I notice a difference in contextualisation, but I still think we're a long way from relying on AI for CPGs and patient decisions!
