Today, after months of requests, I toured the Broadview ICE Processing Facility. I want to share what I saw.
The facility has no food vendor, no medical care, and detainees have to use toilets in the middle of shared cells. These are in no way suitable conditions to be holding anyone — period.

Sen. Kelly & others who issued that PSA only reminded the military that they are bound by law to not follow illegal orders. It is telling that DoD tries to now say that 'orders are presumed legal.' Why should they be presumed legal if military lawyers are saying they're not? youtu.be/AWOc7KrgYSY
