They’re specifically waiting to strike until they have a large mutual aid fund.

Yeah, i’m tired of being told to be patient for things to get better. I’m sick of it. I want to actually LIVE in a better nation, not hope that it’ll happen someday after i’m dead. The people saying to be patient are always the lazy assholes that never do anything to help make it a reality.

If we don’t start actually doing economic resistance now then we lose the opportunity entirely. At the very least can you tell me that GSUS is reaching out to partner or work together with unions to build this mutual aid network and working on fundraisers we can sign up to actually gain funds?

At least tell me there’s plans to start doing some kind of striking by the end of the year. If not then i’m just wasting my time, because general strikes historically don’t happen or really succeed under authoritarian regimes.
