really struggling to do daily tasks and oval-8s aren't enough and don't fit correctly over my clinodactyly (which I have in all my fingers on both hands, not just my pinkies)

I don't think any resistance brand can survive a brush with achieving any kind of institutional power without losing much of its popularity. That kind of popularity is based on distance from power and how much people can form their own shape for it in their heads without the interference of reality.

I don’t have the attributes required to move anywhere without it being a marriage thing I think. And even then I might be too disabled for a lot of countries

I'm not sure there are easy solutions for overcoming this basic lack of empathy that guides a lot of these guys. I don't know how early you'd have to intervene to raise them to see other people as full people. But 18 is probably too late for a lot of them.

sometimes experiencing other people and other ways of life makes them worse. I would bet that a lot of the younger guys in this administration have experiences that you'd think would be enlightening to the average person, and they nevertheless managed to distort it into supporting their worldview

couldn't understand why they goofed off and didn't see the class as important to their lives, and was just generally radicalized in the wrong direction by the entire experience. I don't think the white guy psyche has easy solutions for preventing radicalization
