i think i am surprised by this but then looking more perhaps not, however reminds me tof my experience trying to stop the spam from mercedesme for an app for a car i don't have. guess there is scope for improvement here

if you're suggesting the UK civil service is the most efficient thing in the world then i totally disagree, if you are suggesting the tactics need rethinking then yeah, I agree. I've dealt with the civil service for years and its way way beyond efficient

Kinda like the new yearly cadence, when you're ready for your next, it's 2-4 times better than the last one you had. If they didnt, there wouldn't be any choice?
