This is probably my last Sunday in the greenhouse for the season, but I'm getting some quality time with my girl Thelma.

A small mostly black cat is shown mid roll as she tries to catch a fuzzy toy on a stick. She is on her back, exposing a white belly. The string for the toy is caught on her back toes and her front feet are claws out straining for the bright orange worm shaped toy. Her head is up so she can try to bite the toy but that's not happening yet.

We spotted a lovely black swallowtail (Papilio polyxenes) warming up on a mum this morning.

A mostly black butterfly with yellow spots along the trailing edge of it's wings sits on a yellow-blooming mum. The butterfly is sipping from a flower. Two blue spots are also visible at the back edge of the wings.

Greenhouse cat Thelma got into something while I was getting her a bowl of food from the office. She was very good about letting me scritch her head to clean it off though

You know that feeling when you've found your people? I love my coworkers. Best display ever.

So down side of winter weather, I almost went off the road 3 times on the way to work. We also haven't had a single customer so far (this is fine, the roads suck, please stay safe). But the plus side is I'm all alone in a greenhouse blasting Dream Theater while putting price tags on pots.
