C'est beaucoup mais ça me fait réaliser que la France n'est pas tombée aussi bas qu'ici (Angleterre). Mais bon je doute qu'on ait un gouvernement qui renverse la tendance dans un avenir proche... (Ici j'ai eu 1000 euros de prise de sang avec résultats en 3 semaines...)

J'ai bien réduit ma consommation de pistache s, par contre les paquets de 1Kg ou 2kg de bonnes noisettes grillées de Turquie ça part très vite.

Domain specific models with smaller data as discussed in this thread don't require a data center, a single PC is enough, some stuff even get training on the phone already.

Probably not for the current demand, but the original post was stating there is no way to use AI ethically, and I believe there are some (limited) ways.

I am also not sure about that when I see how often there is too much electricity generated in some locations (I regularly get paid by my electricity provider to use more, especially on windy days). Privacy is definitely a problem, yes.

I believe the main problem is the models and how they were trained, not the technology.

It is very useful when trained on private/specific data, for example internal company documents or tools.
