As a clinician, I believe there is no mental disorder that includes cannibalism. The closest I can think of is Pica - where someone compulsively eats a non-food item.

He knows he can get away with it all - he always does. The people who love him are mainly like him, white males who are haters, think they’re manly, uneducated, envious of people who are “better than him” and look down their noses at him.

They are actually insecure people so you have to be careful not to trigger their insecurities but you have to be firm with them too. You really need to be a bit of a specialist in dealing with that disorder.

They are actually finding that it is partially genetic, still primarily environmental. Treating them is hard but if you know your stuff and have the special skills to be able to work with them it can be done. I wouldn’t do it myself though.
