What surface do you run on? I failed every training I tried because my legs did not appreciate concrete and there are no publicly accessible tracks near anywhere I’ve lived. I was also heavier then so that probably didn’t help.

Last year I was asked if I thought we should still be teaching Griffith 😳 Thankfully only had one professor all throughout my education who did (and who said to an extremely diverse classroom something to the effect of “he had some bad views but made great films”).
