"Delay can mean patients who might have obtained relief will die in unrelieved suffering.”

The lawsuit seeks access for disabled or dying Oregonians who can't attend psilocybin service centers. The state is again trying to get it dismissed, reports @jackgorsline.bsky.social:

"A document viewed by Filter indicates that the Department of Justice will formally request an extension of a court-ordered 'stay' on marijuana rescheduling proceedings until at least January 27, 2026," reports @jackgorsline.bsky.social, as a lawsuit continues:
DOJ Seeks to Extend Stay on Cannabis Rescheduling to January 2026
The proposal, amid an ongoing lawsuit, would push back the timeline for this stalled process far longer than Trump suggested.

Welp, it looks like we have our first psychedelic-related arrest here in MA following Q4’s failure, which would have prevented at least some of the pending charges here.

The worst part? Both of the suspects/drug war victims in question are only 18 years old.

This is why psychedelics won’t ever make it as they are in the field.

They are not profitable if you can give something once every 6 months, or just once, period.

We need to be fighting to change our healthcare system, our drug policy, our regulatory agencies.
