When adverts, news, entertainment, and opinion all appear in one social media feed, how can children distinguish between them?

In partnership with the @pshe-association.bsky.social, we designed and tested school-based lessons to support children to reflect more critically on social media content.
We’ve developed a new set of lessons (KS3-4), informed by @revealingreality.bsky.social’s research, to help students explore how social media can influence behaviour, who stands to benefit, and how it can shape someone’s worldview.
