I always try to be there for people when they feel like crying. Why am I so mean to myself? Why do I hate myself so much when I cry? It's especially great on days like today.

I asked a child (2 years old) at work whether his cuddly toy was a boy or a girl. The answer was "no monkey". When I asked him if he was a boy or a girl, the answer was "no, a Sam". So he is Oscar, 2 years old and is a Sam.

I now have something like a fitness membership through work. Aiming to get fitter and maybe lose some weight, will start again. Will it be successful in the long term this time?

I had to reschedule the appointment 😫 now it’s in February. Maybe not the worst for my bank account 😅
My Eri/MHA tattoo will be finished on Sunday. The rest of the color will be added. I hope my body will be completely healthy by then.
