Made a decision today about how I'm making the map to make it easier to have the room stitching line up. In that spirit, here is a shot of the current overworld map.

I want to have 2 control schemes. A 'modern' allowing the use of more input keys (because accessibility). I am excited for the 'Classic' control scheme which will be 4 directions, A, B, Start and Select.
This is testing using a double tap on the d-pad to roll.

I have the first 25% of the game's critical pathing designed. With that I started working on the overworld for the game. There are a total of 320 rooms in the overworld alone.
