The way this Trump government is acting reminds me a lot of growing up on a cattle farm with electric fences. The cows would test around the perimeter of the fence for weaknesses until they found one to break through. Trump is doing the same thing with the democratic guardrails.

For all those Americans that don't support Trump, us Canadians see you. We don't blame you. We thank you for supporting us in our fight and we support you in yours. Until then, unfortunately Canada has to defend itself and I'm sorry you are going to suffer for something you don't deserve.

Currently listening to the book Strongman by Ruth Ben-Ghiat. It is a must read to understand and enact action against authoritarianism. I highly recommend this book. I'm only two chapters in and it's speaking so many truths.

I shouldn't be disappointed but continually am over how the same people that screamed about their rights being taken away during COVID but now are so willing to truly give up their rights to billionaires. Make it make sense.

It's time to switch the conversation from left to right to the haves and the have nots. If the left wants to win again, get out of the pockets of corporations and billionaires. Conservatives are effective because they appear to do that whether they actually do or not.

I dont think Tik Tok will be banned. To me it looks like convenient camouflage for Elon Musk or someone like him to buy it when Bytedance is forced to divest itself and use it as Trumps propaganda machine.
