I’ve seen so many people spreading the misinformation that PBS is shut down or is shutting down.

The Corporation for Public Broadcasting has been shut down and PBS has been defunded.

HOWEVER!!! PBS still exists. It is more important now than ever that you donate to PBS if you can.

This is a United States Senator mocking the assassination of a Minnesota legislator and her husband. He pretends to be a good Mormon. He’s a sick fuck.

I’m somehow on a Heritage Foundation mailing list (😂) and they sent a survey to see what we think of DOGE.

The Kaiserthermen, or Imperial Roman Baths in Trier. Constructed in the 4th Century CE during the reign of Constantine I, but never completed. I remember visiting these ruins as a child.

Another memory of Germany. The Felsenkirche, or “Crag Church” in Idar-Oberstein. I remember a tragic story about two brothers who fought over a woman. I also recall some awesome gemstones. 🏺

My friends and I used to hike to this castle. How incredibly lucky I was to grow up in a different country and experience something so ancient and so grand as a child! 🏺

Occasional reminder that there’s no, “it’s too late, its over” for anthropogenic climate change. Every molecule of CO2 that doesn’t go into the atmosphere makes a difference. Preventing 0.1 degree of warming makes a difference. Every bit of climate resilience we build together makes a difference.
