✔ KRAS, TEV protease, and PFK were purified with 85-95% purity.
✔ Yields reached up to 2mg in a single run.
✔ The workflow avoided toxic reagents and took less than 15 minutes.

The gel tells the story—clear, strong bands for some of the toughest-to-purify proteins!

To purify we used the RapidPro™ Spin Kit with a streamlined workflow: cell lysis, loading, washing, and elution—all in under 15 minutes.
Each protein faced unique challenges:
🔬 KRAS – medium-low expression in E. coli.
🔬 TEV protease – low solubility.
🔬 PFK – very low expression and yield.
