This is critical, as Baroness Royall said:

"The system benefits men who are aware of the issue and able to interact with doctors, entrenching biological and societal inequalities. It cannot be right that it is awareness, not risk, that determines who gets tested"

Last night Lord Mott raised a quesition for short debate in the @houseoflords.parliament.uk...

"To ask His Majesty’s Gov what steps they are taking to ensure that GPs proactively discuss prostate cancer with men at the highest risk; and inform them of their right to a free PSA test"

Yesterday was the third meeting of the APPG on #ProstateCancer

We looked at the work being done in Europe by the Praise-U project to encourage early detection and diagnosis through customised and risk-based screening programmes.
