America here… we do but,, before we can develop a SAGE - we need a basic channel of communication where a local health center can report specific diseases to their surrounding communities.
The current blackout of alerting places us all in risk, that is soon to become an issue.

Veterans are too expensive to keep alive.
Look at that top line. VA Healthcare. That’s about 10 million veterans including elderly men and women in their 80’s.
