Michaels Baltutis shows how people live and interact with Hinduism, breaks it up into dual chapters each taking on an different aspect. talks about changes over time. mentioned Deepa Mehta's movie. gave it a watch..also Great! the book helped me appreciate the story so much more.

Read this in a review of a book I just finished (Chris Petit's The Psalm Killer --fantastic read!). ...and this is one of the reasons I'm looking forward to Chloe Zhao's interpertation of Hamnet. The book does a similar thing. hides in plain sight. Can't wait to see it translated on the Screen.

watched A Thousand Blows immediately after finishing Adolescence--because I wanted more Grahmn and Doherty--Malachi Kirby manages to make his character both believably tough and open and light under the weight of a heavy history. Extras, sets and costumes galore!
