I work in Colombia, but I'm gonna put it out there that the Venezuelan arepa is the winner in my book...and that the translation of an arepa as "cornbread" is just awful.

In these polarizing times, might as well begin with what should be a non-polarizing post: pecan pie should only be made with maple syrup. Dump the corn syrup like you dumped X.
