My son was chosen to accompany a university team to Perdue this summer. It's an honor and a great experience but I can't help but want to tell him to decline bc who wants their child to go to the States these days? Especially his 1st time leaving the province.

Not trying to judge but I guess in a way I am (sorry) but kudos to those that have abandoned the fascist supported platform and joined the blue sky! I miss so many people from there but even having an account there feels wrong now. Seeing so many professional accounts moving gives me hope!

As someone who struggles with extestential dread from lingering Major Depressive Disorder and GAD, I have to say... the state of the American (and potentially Canadian) political sphere of influence isn't helping.

Was taking calls about the tariff situation. One guy called in and the call took a very hateful turn.

I said to someone the other day...we are truly living through a chapter in the future history books right now and seem powerless to stop the decline of a Western Empire.

This hatred was gradually developed by humans. From ideas, words, stereotypes & prejudice through legal exclusion, dehumanization & escalating violence... to systematic and industrial murder.
