I think the word is "ohshit!"

They work w the bad actors when they need to and avoid them & whisper network them to help others, but it doesn't change without constant demand for change. It can be exhausting always but also at the end of a loonng academic year.

Literally no HR department to complain to. It is unnecessary hazing and harassment. We are advised to have thick skin and move on OR through. It's never the system that permits a culture of fear, harassment, discrimination, or retaliation. People know all the bad actors, but they are frozen

I'm the only person on council from a CSU...a tiny no named CSU to boot. Thank you social media & it feels like I'm the only one who has ever served & will be allowed to serve ever again 🤣 Institutional diversity seems a ways away! I stay for the groups & sections.
