I think trying to make us vs them distinctions in this way lessens the fact that all humans are capable of doing terrible things. It is an us/we problem that we need to address. Classifying as “them” makes us feel better, but racism is preventable & treatable, as is learning how to manage anger.

They were! It also had pickled tomatoes, cukes, green beans, cauliflower, but the beets were the star of the pickled show!

I JUST tried pelmeni it was served with a garlicky vinegar & sour cream and it was amazing! If you haven’t tried knafeh it’s a must
