So, I lost fine motor skills in my dominant hand over 15 years ago & I stopped creating art. Yet one of my favorite pieces of art I’ve made is a finger painting from nearly 30 years ago, I wonder if I should pick that back up? That piece if you’re curious

Yes. The statistician is totally at fault here. The report was terrible. They didn’t make the most beautiful report anyone has ever seen. They’re gonna hire a guy who can make just terrific looking reports.

As it happens I can show you the difference! My neighbors planted red raspberries that have migrated into our yard. I definitely prefer black raspberries.

In just 8 days, I have picked over 5 lbs of black raspberries. It takes me about an hour – hour & a half each day. It’s a massive amount of work to make & freeze pies as well as make & jar jam.

I really need to make a TikTok acct for making low FODMAP recipes. I made a pesto-stuffed crusted chicken. For the pesto I upped the pine nuts, dialed down the cheese, & used my homemade shelf-stable garlic oil. Then made a side gluten-free pasta salad w/ carrots, olives, & feta.

#Academics y’all are giving me hope. Seeing calls for papers, news of jobs offered, promoting of books, posts about conferences and workshops. Like, some normalcy amidst hard times is so welcomed. I’ve returned to researching, writing, & finally putting my website together.

Kudos to Sassoon for choosing to resign in favor of integrity over towing the fascist line. This woman is a conservative Republican. It highlights this is about upholding the law of the land, that affects all regardless of party affiliation or viewpoint.

Sitting down watching Gavin & Stacey for the 1st time. I instantly recognized Stacey’s voice but couldn’t place it. I knew it was Doctor Who & something to do with a creature in disguise. Finally dawned on me. She played Queen Elizabeth I (& a Zygon)!
