It would be an interesting study if someone could get anonymized access to the signals data after it pilots.

It would be an interesting study if someone could get anonymized access to the signals data after it pilots.
Each person gets only three signals. So everybody could signal they really want some very prestigious/desirable job, but that might not be the best strategic use of their signals.
