Are there any Esperanto experts who can help me? In December 1999 I helped an elderly retired Esperanto professor from Brussels get out of Tadzhikistan by paying his “exit fee.” He had been there visiting a remote valley where Esperanto was the lingua franca. Does anyone know if he ever wrote it up?
