•43% PLWH
•no statistical differences in response or viral clearance

Optimising on demand TDF/FTC in Cis & trans women:
•drug levels & tissue effectiveness of PrEP > in rectal than vaginal tissue (FGT)+ last much longer
•authors found four days on demand more effective than three days
•2-2-2-2 dose effective in 94%
•2-2-2-1 better than 2-2-1

ARV session part 2:

•nucleocapsid resistance may be an important piece of the puzzle of INSTI resistance
•NC mutations alone decrease DTG susceptibility 2-3 fold
•Integrase and NC mutations combined have significantly more phenotypic resistance (4 fold)

National datasets with data or guidelines on gender identity and sexuality have been removed off CDC (centre for disease control ) government websites in recent months. I am here to listen to science on vaccines at a time when high profile meetings on flu strains have been cancelled/ postponed.

Unlike federally employed US scientists I have been able to travel here(they are subject to a travel ban). I am able to present data that reports on gender identity (this is banned for government employees as part of the war on ‘woke’ which prevents all research on transgender people and GAHT).
