Got lunch ready, using a sliced garden tomato, made a BLT, wrapped with plastic to keep it fresh till lunchtime.

Took an hour to chop the jalapeño peppers, made about 1 cup. Next sliced enough green tomatoes to make 3 cups, for another green tomato pie. Stopped to chop avocados, onion, ripe tomatoes, and cilantro for guacamole.

Our favorite potted plants starting to bloom. Curcuma, called Siam Tulips or Hidden Gingers. Survived 71F cold, as plants are dormant during winter.
