@politico.com keep up the great reporting. Glad to see #Ingrassia, nominee to lead the Office of Special Counsel and investigate whistleblower complaints, avoiding accountability by blaming anonymously submitted complaints. #Fahrenheit451 #firemen anyone?

@mayorofchicago.bsky.social 🎉And if @chenoweth.bsky.social is right and if @huffpost.com reporting is accurate (7million protested) then we only need 4 million more to hit the 3.5% necessary for non violent protest victory. It’s important to know our specific asks. #economic bill of rights anyone?

I wonder what it's going to take for a history textbook to ever state plain the fact that a Black liberal being elected President of the United States broke this country's psyche so hard that it spent the next (at least) 8 years simultaneously schisming itself & pretending it wasn't.

Because, like…

So the people causing the shutdown are getting paid. The people keeping the country running don’t.

And Speaker Mike Johnson won’t let the House come back to work. So basically they’re on a paid vacation while Americans miss paychecks.

Did I get that right?

This is genuinely some bullshit on bsky's part. A reaction meme of charlie kirk gets a Black person a permanent suspension, but people who actively doxx and spread hate against marginalized people not only get to stay, but het followed by mods?

We see you, bsky, and it's pretty fucking disgusting.
Unfortunate update: Link reached out to BlueSky and got email back now on reason.

His appeal is denied. He will remain permanently banned on BlueSky’s side.

Here are the screenshots he just sent me as of 8:22 AM EST(my time)

Dear news outlets: Link to the actual things you're writing about. A lawsuit? Link to it. A previous court ruling? Link to it. A bill? Yup, link.

So often we instead get a link to that outlet's past coverage, only to learn the original story also didn't link to the source.

This is bad. Stop it.

Glad @jimmykimmel.com is back on the air. Collective action got us here, as well as support from across the aisle.
