I did a heated combo yoga/HIIT class tonight. Now granted, I sweat like a f'in pig when I exercise, but I went through ELEVEN hand towels in one hour. Each one completely drenched. Puddles of sweat on the mat. I've found my new thing.

My coworker, one of the nicest, most genuine, hardest-working people I've ever known, is upset that Kirk died because "he was a good man" (for context, she's super religious). He stated gay people should be stoned. My child is gay, and she knows that.
