I quit my job because it was absolutely destroying my mental health. I'll be okay for at least a few months but I may begin streaming or doing odd jobs to keep myself afloat for longer if I don't find a job. I had some interviews today that went pretty well though so there's that!!

I've seen more people bringing up the post-2008-recession indie boom and, while a lot of the content around it pokes fun at it, it feels like the point of critique is around it being not sincere or things n-

i think over the next decade parody power metal acts are going to be almost entirely forgotten about and the mainstream acts will once again be earnest fantasy nerds unashamedly embracing the spirit of our beautiful silly genre.
Fellowship is so ahead of the curve when it comes to power metal. The world right now doesn't need the irony and cynicism of acts like Gloryhammer and Alestorm, it needs sincerity and hope, and that's what Fellowship delivers in spades.
