I don’t know if this is me being more or less charitable to him as a person, but I do think it’s quite sad to create a child and genuinely love them while also consigning them to an atrociously horrific fate for the general greater good

in the version of events where he planned total obliteration of chaos by his own death. creating children knowing he’d have to sacrifice most of them feels genuinely more tragic + sympathetic to him as an interpretation than like. well

coming as a guy who likes both characters too. kat’s got all that weird shit going on with her brother and dad that I really dig and garen’s my little knockoff ultramarine pookie. they’ve yet to give me any convincing argument for them being involved other than “bc we say they are”

I have my league het enjoyer license i like sylux a lot but garen/katarina is so painfully forced I cannot fuck with it in any capacity
