Why do I like pressure cooking? So many people I talk to only use their pressure cooker for making rice. However, it has been a game changer for me.

I've always been easily distracted. This photo is 20 minutes ago, from me toasting a bun to eat leftover steak sandwiches for lunch.

I'm Jenn and I run this website with my mom, Barbara. :) We've been pressure cooking since before Instant Pot came to the US, and I really do use my pressure cooker to feed my family most days of the week.
