This is a favorite of mine from the 1970's children's Peanuts cookbook. Super easy. I add lemon zest for boost of flavor and mix in a mini-food processor (1st the crust ingredients, then the egg mixture). Plus I like recipes I can easily halve.

There is very little color, other than tan, left in the flower border. These plants are generally overrun by the catmint, so it was a pleasant surprise to see them.
