Stop saying “DEI hire”. Don’t repeat it when others use it. Don’t use it mockingly against those using it. Don’t use it to refer to practices that were implemented to attempt to counteract discrimination and even out the playing field. Don’t give credibility to a euphemism. Make people be specific.

I’m not telling anyone how to live their life, but I’m begging anyone over 45 and/or with a history of cancer to get a colonoscopy. It’s not real pleasant but I got a phone call this week from someone extremely close to me (and younger) and it beats the alternative he’s dealing with. Please!

The lowest ROI investment is donating to any political party or politician - you get absolutely zero. You are giving $ to a performative actor/actress. Take that $ and invest, donate to a good charity, or spend more wisely.

1000 straight days w/o alcohol is a pretty impressive feat in these current times. The number would be closer to 2000 without one weekend in March ‘22.
