Had a fabulous week in northern Italy. Scenic, friendly, incredible food, sunshine and snow. What a place to live! No litter in sight!

Trees release compounds called phytoncides which can enhance mood and improve sleep. Phytoncides may even help prevent cancer. And native trees are brilliant for all sorts of wildlife - so let’s plant more trees, and cherish those we have already!
