You’ve got this!!

Two things that helped me were using an unscented hand soap at home until the bumps went away, and using an unscented lotion each time I washed my hands. It was annoying to buy new products, but it ended up going away within about a month and I haven’t had flare ups since!

I developed dyshidrotic eczema on my hands at my last job (a true hell on earth) in part because I had an allergy to something in their fancy but extremely drying hand soap and they weren’t open to changing the brand so I started bringing my own bar soap 🥲
