The titles have been the norm for centuries. But the revival of collars among us American pastors (after a couple generations of it being pretty rare except among Episcopal and Catholic priests) is relatively recent.

I mentioned my 10yo’s summer reading to a friend whose 10yo attends one of the best school systems in out state.
