I did the first UH-USAF Armed Forces Bowl, the Ticket City Bowl, and the Army Armed Forces Bowl. I was supposed to be at the Pitt Armed Forces Bowl, but got sick and couldn’t go…wish I had been able to.

Don't mistake incompetence for accident. The degradation of your social media feed, the collapse of your news, the defunding of your school—it is all functional.

They are happy to rule over the ashes, as long as they are the ones holding the match.

They do initial allotments and then try to sell the rest. The school can request more and, if tickets aren’t selling, they might give the school more.

No, we didn’t have any official preseason All-Big12 honors.

Phil Steele had Koziol, Allen, and Dougherty on his.

Athlon had Mews (1st team as KR) Allen (2nd) Koziol (3rd) and Connors, Johnson, and Webb (4th)

We know the matchups already

Home: Oregon State, Southern, Baylor, Oklahoma State, Cincy, & UCF

Away: Georgia Southern, Colorado, Kansas State, Texas Tech, Utah, WVU

Home slate seems easy at the moment…road slate has some tough games in Lubbock, SLC, Morgantown, and Manhattan.

This is a bottom 10 (maybe bottom 5) resourced P4 program & even with the advantage of being in a talent rich city like Houston, getting 9 wins at this job right now should put Willie Fritz in Big 12/national coach of the year discussions.
