This sounds like a "trauma informed", mental health care lens speak. It can be fine in small, private settings, but really makes no sense put in large-scale, public use

I found out I was wrong. The state board (under Republican control) rescinded his license, making it illegal for him to keep getting paid. The school board had no choice at that point
