FWIW, natural gas pipelines already have federal eminent domain authority when siting projects and can apply to the feds to exercise that designation if they can't reach agreements with private landowners. For oil pipelines, companies can apply to the state to exercise eminent domain.

Can’t tell if these numbers include North Korean soldiers but sure look to be double the averages from summer.
