Ugh there's a term for something like this that if definitely learnt in post-grad sociology which is reeeeeally not coming to mind right now. It was only a decade ago surely I can remember this!

It's like people thought we got to a certain point where 'everyone can read and write' and they thought they could just stop paying attention to it as a priority and it's just been getting worse since. In NZ, which is one of the BEST countries, one in 5 adults can't read above age 11 schooling level

I saw period underwear labelled 'discrete' in a shop the other day and without thinking tapped it and loudly said 'WRONG' 😂 But in all seriousness I used to work in the literacy and numeracy space and it is BAD BAD BAD.

I can confirm that there are some people, of which I am one, who have literally no opinions about her because I don't listen to her music or care about what she's up to. 👍 People be angry at her about her plane idk, there are people doing actual horrible things that we could spend our time on.

I thought it was absolutely hilarious. Let's EXPLAIN THE CHARACTERS' EMOTIONS. Like on one hand writing fail but on another hand so very Shen Wenlang to be like, 'I am pacing in circles Experiencing Things Unnammed' with a voice over being like 'Shen Wenlang was experiencing an emotion.
