I'm here for learning Smart Things about wine! Currently have the most expensive bottle I've ever owned sitting in my suitcase ready to crack open tomorrow when me and the fam move into our new house. (quality wine is super cheap in NZ but this one comes from a farm I used to play on as a kid.)

I've decided recently that I only check the news during working hours, or else I think my brain will melt. So here's some fun stuff. Roped out the area for the tiny house this week. Plus finalised (I hope!) the layout. Planning colours now. Thinking a combo of green and pink.

Did one of those Quintessentially Kiwi moves today - my mum's flight was late so I just turned off the highway, threw on my togs (which are always in the car for exactly this situation) and jumped into the sea for 20 mins. Bliss!

Forest walk today. ❤️❤️ Love living in Aotearoa. Also discovered a hack for bush walks when you're disabled - just get the other people with you to carry the picnic basket full of food (they offered!) and then they need as many breaks as you do!
