We have raised chickens in our backyard ever since the house we bought came with four chickens. They are pets and egg layers. One of our chickens died this evening as we tried to give first aid for a respiratory problem. Having a pet die while you are working to save its life is devastating.

I’m in this and I don’t like it.

Just about finished with the bathroom remodel. It’s been fun and I’m glad we are done.
