Pay much more, get much less. Every one of the listed countries (except of course the US) have universal public healthcare systems.

Gary's Axiom - Anytime Trump mentions a numerical figure it is always wrong, and always exaggerated in the direction most favorable to his (incorrect) views. With every repetition, the distance from the true figure increases in the same direction.
