I've found that the best way to get rid of street or door salespeople is to say you already subscribe/pay for whatever they're selling. They never seem to check 🤣.

I hope i don't need to go to A&E anytime soon for myself. 9 hour wait at the moment - arrived at 8pm and its 4am now, yet to see a doctor (bloods and vitals done mind).

My Nan is 97 today. Actually cannot comprehend living that long 🤯
